Man, there's been a void in our hearts ever since she released her last album "Between Friends" six years ago! This gorgeous ballad (produced by Salaam Remi, and co-written with Claude Kelly) sees Tamia unleashing some of her finest 'sweet' vocals, while explaning how happy she is to have her 'man' in her life; holding her, kissing her and making her 'feel alive' in the lyrics. Haters, or 'infidels' as I call them, will probably say "Beautiful Surprise" is BASIC material, but truth is, this is TRUE AND GOOD music, and an example of Tamia's trademark songs, which are 'simple', yeah, but so well-sung, and written that they hit you right in the heart. *plays 'Officially Missing You' and 'Questions'*.
